Medicinal Genomics has simplified Aspergillus testing, while maintaining accuracy and sensitivity.
The new 5-Color Aspergillus Multiplex Assay can independently identify four species of pathogenic Aspergillus (A.flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, and A.terreus) on cannabis samples–using just one reaction.
No Re-runs Necessary
Save Time, Save Money, and Simplify.
Previous Aspergillus multiplex assays required labs to run four species-specific assays to identify which type of Aspergillus triggered a failure. The new PathoSEEK® 5-Color Aspergillus Multiplex Assay does it all in a single qPCR reaction. This means your lab can stock fewer reagents, deliver faster results, and save money!
Results You Can Trust
Convenience without Sacrificing Performance
Medicinal Genomics puts all PathoSEEK assays through a rigorous manufacturer validation to show accuracy, precision, specificity, linearity and limit of detection. The Aspergillus 5-Color Multiplex Assay is able to detect less than 5 genomic copies of target DNA and was tested against 30 organisms on the AOAC Aspergillus exclusivity list, including 12 non-pathogenic Aspergillus species.
Compatible with Multiple qPCR Instuments
Aspergillus 5-Color Multiplex Assays are available for use on Agilent AriaMX (pictured) and BioRad CFX96.
